Assembly Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to support our production and assembly operations. In this role, you will prepare, assemble, and inspect components to ensure they meet high quality standards. You'll work with a variety of materials, tools, and technologies in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where precision, craftsmanship, and consistency are valued.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical work, problem-solving, and contributing to a team that produces reliable, high-quality products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Follow detailed instructions, standardized documentation, and established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and complete assembly and production records.
  • Prepare parts and components for assembly.
  • Assemble components according to defined processes and quality guidelines.
  • Finish, inspect, and prepare products for shipment or next-stage production.
  • Build and organize sub-assemblies for future use.
  • Inspect, repair, and rework components as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
  • Work within a technically focused environment with strict quality-control processes.
  • Use tools, computers, power equipment, and perform detailed hand-assembly tasks.
  • Support quality investigations and root-cause analysis.
  • Follow written manufacturing procedures and operational requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work on a computer as needed.
